Since her 2019 debut, Gracie Abrams has become one of her generation’s standout singer-songwriters. After writing her first song at eight, she built a devoted fanbase with the EPs minor (2020) and This Is What It Feels Like (2021), followed by a sold-out North American tour in 2022. Her debut album, Good Riddance (2023), launched another instantly sold-out headline tour and earned her a GRAMMY® nomination for Best New Artist at the 66th Annual GRAMMY® Awards. She also joined Taylor Swift on select dates of the Eras Tour.
 
In 2024, Abrams released her sophomore album, The Secret of Us, which reached #1 in the UK, Australia, and the Netherlands, and debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. Its breakout single “Close To You” became her first solo Billboard Hot 100 entry, while “us.” featuring Taylor Swift earned her a second GRAMMY® nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Deluxe track “That’s So True” topped the US Spotify chart, surpassed 1.5 billion streams, and became her first Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 hit. She spent 2024 on The Secret of Us world tour and 2025 on The Secret of Us Deluxe Tour, her first solo North American arena run.
 
Beyond music, Abrams was named a Chanel house ambassador and is set to make her acting debut in the upcoming A24 film Please. Her third album, Daughter from Hell, arrives July 17.

Robyn is such a boss. She was supposed to be a super star with a whole team behind her, but she felt it wasnt for her, so they went with their second choice Britney Spears and she became the super star instead. Robyn chose to go her own way, composed her own songs and started a record label. Shes a dj too. Shes been doing it since she was 14 and today at 46 years old is still killing it.

I&#39;ve been going to shows for almost 30 years and I&#39;ve seen very few with this much power ever. Gracie Abrams is a legend.

In this Amazon Music album spotlight, Gracie Abrams reflects on the process of writing and creating her debut album, Good Riddance. Gracie touches on the writing process for the album, how much had changed and shifted over the course of making it and the at times challenging and painful work that went into writing it. Gracie also reflects on her important bond with producer Aaron Dessner and work together creating the album, and how both Aaron and the environment of his studio helped foster a space for Gracie to open up to create. For Gracie, Good Riddance was a self-healing journey, and although it had its challenges, was ultimately a fun process and one that was incredibly fulfilling.
