Hailing from the island of Oahu (Hawaii), The Caballerials are a fresh take on a nostalgic pop punk sound. Their influences include The Get Up Kids, Jimmy Eat World, Piebald, and Blink 182.

As the story goes, in the summer of 2019, a few veteran Hawaii punks reconnected and decided to embark on a new pop punk project with the collective goal of writing songs that would encourage and bring a much needed message of hope to the Hawaii punk scene. That lasted a few months. With adult life getting in the way, the project never materialized till a few years later. It was at that time that the band&#39;s endeavors were met with the global shut down of the pandemic. By the grace of God, the band was able to write and record their debut EP &#34;Waxed Curbs &amp; Suburbs&#34;. Sharing a common affinity for skateboarding, the band elected to call themselves, The Caballerials, named after a trick invented by the legendary Bones Brigade member Steve Caballero.

Shortly there after the EP was released, the band took another hiatus, then ended up reforming in December 2024. Not long after, by another miracle, the band signed to Small Step Records, and are currently back full swing, re-releasing a remastered version of Waxed Curbs &amp; Suburbs and with new material on the horizon. Though the years have gone by, the core mission of the band remains, create fun pop songs that glorify God and edify the body of Christ.
