Born and raised in Louisiana, Laine Hardy is a talented musician who hails from Baton Rouge, born on September 12, 2000, and raised in the suburb of Livingston. He began his musical journey as a child, learning to play the guitar and later forming a local group called the Band Hardy with his brothers and cousins. Transitioning from playing guitar to focusing on his vocal talents, Laine auditioned for the 16th season of American Idol in 2018, where although he did not make it into the competition
