Jain’s journey revolves around space in every sense: the vastness of the cosmos, the spiritual serenity between consciousness, and the quiet moments fostering creativity. The French pop singer has earned acclaim for her vibrant multicultural style influenced by the many places she has called home, and her Malagasy roots from her mother. Growing up in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Congo, she soaked up the distinctive musics and cultures of these locales. By her teens, she combined Arabic and African rhythms with electronics and dance music production, speaking to her Parisian sophistication. Rising to fame with her hit single “Makeba” in 2016, her debut album “Zanaka” garnered global acclaim, leading to a whirlwind of success including a Grammy nomination and multiple international performances. However, after years on the road, Jain sought solace and inspiration, immersing herself in the music of icons like Kate Bush and Bowie, leading to her latest album, “The Fool”. The album marks a new chapter for Jain, born from introspection and love, with each track inspired by the tarot. Reflecting on her upbringing surrounded by art and culture, Jain’s artistic journey has been a gradual evolution, guided by intuition and a willingness to embrace new experiences. Collaborations with renowned artists like Joseph Mount and Gesaffelstein brought fresh perspectives to her sound, resulting in an ethereal, cosmic pop experience.

So Peaceful a été écrite à Abu Dhabi. Elle parle des moments de bonheurs qu'on ressent, qui sont souvent les plus simples et les plus imprévisibles. C'est cette sensation que j'ai voulu retranscrire, car c'est aussi important de dire quand on se sent juste bien hihihi !

So Peaceful was written in Abu Dhabi. It speaks of those moments of happiness we feel that are often the simplest and most unpredictable. It is this sensation that I wanted to transcribe, as is it just as important to tell when you feel good, eh eh eh!
