This video is a demonstration of how I exercise full body, 6-7 days a week, to achieve my particular physique. In the warm months, I typically train outdoors and combine intervals of running and bodyweight exercises. Here, I'm showing you a flow of bodyweight exercises only, with almost no resting.  A lot can be done with minimal equipment AND a short amount of time. This type of flow is best for fat burning and building endurance.

The original track is "A Week in My Pocket" by Aaron Randolph. I loved the song so much and wanted to see what it sounded like with some extra elements. Lyrics, vocals, and guitar by Aaron.
I shot this video in my rental property in VA right after finding it had been flooding with water for almost a week. The pipes burst while my tenant was away.. Funny thing is that Aaron was in town and helped me remove all the floors. Thanks Aaron!!
