I lost my dad a year ago. &quot;Please stay....I want you, I need you, oh God&quot; was my prayer to my higher power in the glue isle at Wal-Mart when I broke down cause I didn&#39;t know what glue he&#39;d like and I broke down in that isle while holding one white and one clear thing of Elmer&#39;s glue. I was making him a collage of his grandkids so if he ever woke up, it wouldn&#39;t seem like such a dark place. It&#39;s crazy how songs just hit when you aren&#39;t expecting them to...like my breakdown in that isle over glue. ❤

I heard this song when I was in the car with my husband, after a doctor’s visit and we learned that i have papillary thyroid carcinoma. They said it is the “good” cancer but we dont know what the future this disease might bring. Im still grateful I have my wonderful husband and son with me, I still got a roof over my head, food on the table, energy to still work. I may not have all the material wealth in this world, but I am happy and my heart is full ❤ Im not happy with the cancer, but it made me realize I have everything I need. I pray that God wont take away all the beautiful things that I got. Thank you for this heartfelt song. ❤
